📌 POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager serves as the strategic and operational leader for the Brand Ambassador Program at Education Fund Source Co. This role is responsible for supervising Brand Ambassadors and Ambassador Assistants, managing campus marketing campaigns, developing outreach strategies, monitoring enrollment performance, and ensuring the success of membership growth initiatives across partner colleges and universities.
This is a hybrid position, allowing the Marketing Manager to perform planning, reporting, and digital marketing duties from home, while attending selected on-site college events to support and supervise the ambassador team.
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving student enrollment and maintaining consistent brand representation across all outreach activities.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Oversight
• Directly supervise Brand Ambassadors and Ambassador Assistants.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, event preparation, and campus assignments.
• Ensure ambassadors meet membership enrollment targets and comply with company policies.
Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop recruitment and enrollment strategies based on student demographics.
• Create campus marketing plans, promotional materials, and enrollment messaging.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine brand positioning and outreach objectives.
Event Operations & Support
• Attend selected campus events to provide leadership and ensure operational quality.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations with ambassadors.
• Resolve issues related to event logistics, staffing, and student engagement.
Data, Reporting & Performance Management
• Track membership enrollment numbers and ambassador performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
• Analyze trends to optimize future campaigns and improve enrollment outcomes.
Digital & Remote Marketing
• Manage remote outreach efforts including online promotions, email campaigns, and social media awareness.
• Work from home for planning, coordination, digital marketing, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
Collaboration & Compliance
• Maintain relationships with campus event organizers and department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all internal rules regarding ethical promotion, privacy, and data handling.

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or student engagement roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to campus events as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

📌 COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)
Annual Salary Based on the 15% Earnings Structure
Using your approved high-scale calculation:
• 15% enrollment scenario earnings = $5,825 per campus campaign
(This reflects the performance value managed by the Marketing Manager.)
A full-time Marketing Manager responsible for planning, executing, and supervising these monthly campaigns would reasonably fall within:
Annual Salary Range:
$60,000 – $72,000 per year (Full-Time)
This range aligns with:
• The revenue/performance impact tied to the 15% enrollment scenario
• Industry standards for marketing managers overseeing field teams
• Hybrid work expectations and supervisory responsibilities
